BCPG and NT partner to launch a cutting-edge Sustainable Data Center, powering the future of Thailand’s digital infrastructure

BCPG Public Company Limited, a leading renewable energy company in Thailand, and National Telecom Public Company Limited, or NT joined forces to leverage and invest in a Sustainable Data Center supporting cloud technology for the government and private sector, as well as enhancing digital infrastructure in Thailand.
The partnership strengthened the two organizations. NT is a national telecommunication and digital technology services provider. Meanwhile, BCPG is among Asia-Pacific’s leading companies in renewable energy, with solar power, hydropower, and wind power, including green energy innovations to energize a greener and sustainable world.
“BCPG aims to create innovations in clean energy in terms of green energy, infrastructure, and smart energy solutions. The partnership with NT is our new S-Curve to expand into a high-potential market of sustainable data center services for Government Cloud, driving the digital economy in Thailand. We also see this as a significant opportunity to develop our green power plants to support the future growth of data center”, said Rawee Boonsinsukh, CEO and President of BCPG.
“As a national digital technology services provider, we believe that Sustainable Data Center is the right solution to leverage our telecommunication and digital services for a sustainable digital economy. NT has a comprehensive infrastructure – a nationwide internet network, data centers, gateway systems, and submarine cable networks. This strong foundation enables us to fully expand into AI and environmentally friendly ESG solutions. Having data centers powered by clean energy is not just an option; it is a necessity for supporting government and organizational data in the transition toward Net Zero”, said Colonel Sanphachai Huwanan, Managing Director of NT.
Moreover, this collaboration will benefit the government and the country by enhancing Thailand’s data security through the storage of critical state information on the international standard system. It also aligns with ESG policies, enabling the public sector to utilize services that support the Net Zero target, as well as concretely strengthening national capability and driving the digital economy forward.
