The technologies can improve safety, energy efficiency, as well as reducing operational costs.

ENRES is the first Thai startup invested by BCPG. The fund raised could enable the startup to develop new digital solutions to meet increasing market demand on energy management and enhance its growth.

“With our experience in smart city development, we’ve seen the significant potential of ENRES in developing software for energy management by using advanced digital technologies. This investment will expose BCPG to several state-of-the-art innovations invented by ENRES which could be applied to our new business, reinforcing BCPG’s position as a leader in Smart Energy Solutions Provider”, said Bundit Sapianchai, BCPG President.

Before this, BCPG and ENRES partnered to develop energy management products and services for renewable energy. The partnership not only brought about new digital energy products but also enabled effective knowledge sharing.

“Startups are important for economic growth of the country that we should support them with both knowledge and fund. BCPG, as a lead investor in this investment, has extended an invitation to other investors such as SMEs private equity trust fund of Government Savings Bank (GSB) and Expara (Thailand) to co-invest in this Thai startup”, said Bundit.
