BCPG Public Company Limited, led by Ms. Chalida Narongsirikul, Vice President of Sustainability Management and Corporate Communications, welcomed Mr. Chavarong Limpattamapanee, Chairman of the National Press Council of Thailand, together with a delegation of journalists and influencers from Lao PDR, to the BCPG Visitor Center in Bang Pa-in, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya.

During the visit, the delegation learned about BCPG’s business operations and its approach to clean energy power plant management in Thailand. The company also shared insights into the management of its renewable energy projects in Lao PDR, including the Nam San 3A and Nam San 3B hydropower plants and the Monsoon Wind Power Project, as well as its community engagement initiatives surrounding all three projects.

The delegation also toured the Bang Pa-in Solar Power Plant to explore different solar power technologies, including:

🌞 Floating solar systems

A highlight of the visit was a hands-on activity that gave the journalists and influencers an opportunity to step into the role of solar engineers and inspect solar panels installed on floating platforms. The activity attracted great interest and offered the delegation a closer look at clean energy operations in practice.
