BCPG Public Company Limited, led by Prasong Poontaneat, Chairman of the Board, and Rawee Boonsinsukh, President and Chief Executive Officer, together with the Board of Directors, convened the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) via electronic means (E-AGM).

The meeting reported on the company’s operating performance and presented key agenda items for consideration. Shareholders approved all proposed resolutions, including the dividend payment for the second half of 2025 at THB 0.25 per share, totaling approximately THB 748.94 million. The dividend payment is scheduled for Tuesday, 23 April 2026.

This marks the fifth consecutive year that the company has conducted its AGM via E-AGM, enhancing convenience for shareholders while strengthening transparency through real-time voting and result display. The system enables equal access to information and active participation for all shareholders.

The initiative also reflects the company’s commitment to ESG principles by reducing paper usage and travel-related carbon emissions, supporting sustainable growth alongside social and environmental responsibility.
