BCPG Joins JUMP+ Program to Become a Proactive Company and Strengthen Investor Confidence

BCPG has joined the JUMP+ program by the Stock Exchange of Thailand to enhance its organizational capabilities and move toward becoming a proactive organization. The initiative aims to drive business execution more effectively while strengthening transparency in disclosure and communication with investors, contributing to the long-term development and quality of Thailand’s capital market.

Rawee Boonsinsukh, President and CEO of BCPG Public Company Limited, stated that participation in the JUMP+ program marks a significant step in reinforcing confidence among investors and stakeholders. The company is committed to elevating its corporate governance standards in line with international best practices, while enhancing the disclosure of key information such as business plans, performance, and growth direction to ensure investors have comprehensive and reliable data for decision-making.

“Joining JUMP+ is not only about structural improvements, but also about strengthening how we operate with greater clarity, transparency, and measurability to build long-term trust in the capital market,” said Rawee.

Under the program, BCPG has established a three-year roadmap (2026–2028) covering three key dimensions: business, governance, and environment, to support sustainable growth.

On the business front, the company targets consistent EBITDA growth of 10% annually over the next three years, supported by a strong financial position to capture new opportunities and maintain flexibility amid uncertainties.

In governance, BCPG emphasizes transparency and accountability, including maintaining board independence, implementing clear anti-corruption policies and practices, and extending these standards across its supply chain. The company also prioritizes business continuity management to enhance resilience against risks and disruptions.

On the environmental front, BCPG continues to disclose its greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with international standards, with ongoing third-party verification. The company also plans to enhance the environmental performance of key suppliers, alongside implementing concrete measures to reduce emissions across its core businesses.

“Participation in the JUMP+ program reflects BCPG’s commitment to holistic organizational development by integrating ESG practices with business performance. We aim to enhance transparency and proactive investor engagement to build long-term trust and sustainable value,” added Rawee.
