BCPG Public Company Limited has successfully completed the acquisition of a 17.5-MW solar rooftop portfolio under the Private PPA scheme, marking another milestone in its green energy growth strategy.

Rawee Boonsinsukh, CEO and President of BCPG, announced that on March 23, 2026, the company finalized the 100% equity acquisition of Scan Advance Power Company Limited, the project owner, following a share purchase agreement signed in 2025.

“This achievement reinforces BCPG’s strategy to expand our solar rooftop portfolio under the Private PPA scheme, strengthening long-term revenue stability and enhancing our competitive edge,” said Rawee.

BCPG plans to rename the newly acquired subsidiary to BCPG Energy Solutions Company Limited, supporting its full-scale expansion in the Private PPA business.

“We will continue to grow our green energy portfolio and strengthen our market position, while reinforcing BCPG’s role in Thailand’s energy transition. At the same time, we remain committed to sustainable growth across economic, social, and environmental dimensions,” Rawee added.
