BCPG makes bold move into Taiwan with 108 MW solar power projects – reinforcing its position as a regional green energy leader

Rawee Boonsinsukh, CEO and President of BCPG Public Company Limited, disclosed that the Company has expanded into Taiwan through a 100% acquisition in Xiao Zhi Co., Ltd., a developer of substation and transmission line system for a 200-MW solar power plant which is now under development. Xiao Zhi also secures leasehold rights for the development of an 83-MW solar power project of which permit applications are currently underway and the construction is expected to start in the fourth quarter of 2025.

In addition, BCPG has acquired a 100% equity in Wang Heng Co., Ltd., which holds leasehold rights to develop a 25-MW solar power project. The project is scheduled to apply for permits and commence construction in Q1/2026.

Both projects brought about total production capacity of 108 MW, reinforcing BCPG as a major accelerator of energy transition towards sustainable and reliable power in Asia.
